Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: 1-2 working days (excluding peak seasons).

Estimated Shipping Times

• Asia: 3-7 working days.
• U.S. and North America: 3-7 working days.
• Europe: 10-15 working days.
• South America, Australia, New Zealand: 7-10 working days.
• Ukraine, Russia, and other countries: 7-10 working days.
• Battery items or devices with batteries: 12-20 working days.

Shipping Information

• All orders are shipped from China to various countries, including the United States, Canada, the UK, the European Union, Russia, Indonesia, Japan, and many more.
• Customers are responsible for customs fees and assisting with customs clearance. We provide technical support, but import taxes must be paid by the customer.

What to Do If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered But Not Received

1. Check with Family Members: Ensure no one else at your residence signed for the package.
2. Contact the Shipping Company: Report the missing package, provide the order certificate, and the tracking code to initiate an investigation.
3. Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@popumicrobeauty.com if you have issues.
4. Claims: If the shipping company is unresponsive, you can directly apply for compensation.

Note: Popu Micro Beauty is not responsible for stolen goods or unclaimed deliveries. If a package is reported lost, an investigation will take at least 30 days.

Shipping Disclaimer

• Uncontrollable factors like severe weather, catastrophic events,  may cause unexpected shipping delays.
• Some carriers may deliver directly to your door or mailbox without communication. If delivery is not signed, it may be left at the local post office.
