POPU Micro Beauty Machine Return & Warranty Policy

Due to cross-contamination concerns and the custom-built nature of POPU Micro Beauty machines, we do not accept returns. All machine sales are final. However, we stand by the quality of our products and provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all machines.

Warranty Coverage

If you experience any issues with your POPU Micro Beauty machine, please contact us at support@popumicrobeauty.com, and we will assist you with troubleshooting and resolving the problem. We’re also happy to help you with setup and accessory guidance to ensure the best experience with your purchase.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void if:

• The device is damaged due to negligence.

• The machine is opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Refund Policy

• Standard Policy: If a refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your account within 7-15 days after confirmation. We will process refund requests within 48 hours of receiving them.

• 7-Day Unused Return: If the machine remains unused and is returned within 7 days, a refund will be issued. However, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable import duties.
